Carrboro Community Egg Hunt Scheduled for April 8th, 12pm-2pm

The Carrboro Recreation & Parks Department will be host to one of the three sites for the 2017 Community Egg Hunt Celebrations offered alongside Chapel Hill Parks & Recreation and the Orange County Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks and Recreation.

The Carrboro event will feature 3 separate egg hunts based on age.  The egg hunt ages and times are:

12:15pm – 2-4 year-olds
12:35pm – 5-7 year-olds
12:55pm – 8-10 year-olds

In addition to the egg hunts themselves, a tattoo booth, games, and prizes will be available!  The Kidzu will also be on hand offering craft projects.
Event Date: Saturday, April 8th (Rain Date: Sunday, April 9th)

Event Time: 12:00pm-2:00pm

Event Location: Henry Anderson III Community Park

Cost: Free & Open to the Public

Event Parking is available at Henry Anderson III Community Park.  Overflow parking is available at McDougle Middle School.  Note: No shuttle service will be available.  Participants parking at McDougle may access Anderson Park via Strowd Ln.

In the event of rain, please check the Weather Information Line at 919.918.7377.  The rain date is Sunday, April 9th from 12:00pm-2:00pm.
