CARRBORO N.C. -- Barnes Street is closed from Jones Ferry Road to Queen Street in Carrboro as crews respond to a gas leak. Carrboro Fire and Rescue are asking people to avoid the area while repairs are taking place. The closure is expected to take several hours, officials said.
